Pay equity and transparency

Section 3: Long-term incentive policies and practices - submission deadline: August 17, 2018

This section includes detailed analyses of long-term incentive policies and practices and provides insight on different LTI programs companies offer.

This section covers the following topics:     

General LTI program plans
Grant guidelines
New hire LTI program plans
Miscellaneous/special grants
Cash LTI plans

You will receive a complimentary report from participating in the survey. Should you elect to submit data for only one section of the survey, you will receive a complimentary report for that section but you may still purchase the results of the section for which you did not provide information.
